Processing Your Order

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Orders that include custom embroidery or personalization typically require 2–5 business days for processing before they ship.

Please note that processing times may be a little longer during holidays or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping Within the U.S.

California Cozy currently ships within the United States only.

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

Economy Shipping:

Affordable shipping with rates calculated based on your order. Free on orders of $75 or more.

Standard Shipping:

A faster shipping option is available for an additional fee, with the cost calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order has shipped, delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
